All orders are handmade and personalized, so we cannot accept refunds or exchanges. Please double-check the spelling and details of your name before placing your order — I will create your item exactly as provided.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake made by us, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. I will review the case and, if the issue is confirmed, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.

Each piece is crafted by hand. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing (creation and quality check) before your order ships. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — I will update you if there is any delay.

• Domestic (South Korea): estimated delivery 2–5 business days after shipping.

• International: estimated delivery 7–21 business days depending on destination and local postal services.

• All orders include tracking — you will receive a tracking number once your package ships.

For international orders, any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
